Unrivaled Group Fitness classes. Unparalleled Personal Training. Studios that inspire you to perform and luxury amenities that keep you feeling your best.

Reggie Bush takes over the Miami Dolphins' Sun Life Stadium for the ultimate Equinox workout.

Make no mistake. This isn’t boot camp — it’s training camp. The ultimate test of an athlete’s mental and physical capacity designed with one goal in mind: results. Before launching the official Equinox 8-week group fitness class version — called Equinox Training Camp, or "etc" — we asked Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush to give it the NFL seal of approval.

So Equinox instructor Lia Smith put Bush through the paces on camera all over the Dolphins’ Sun Life Stadium field. The workout, designed by Lisa Wheeler, Equinox national creative program manager for group fitness, hits each of the five foundational movements upon which the class is based: push, pull, squat/lunge, rotate and bend.

“The beauty of the program is that it’s scalable,” says Wheeler, “Knowing Reggie was an elite athlete, we seriously ramped it up — not one notch, but 10. He's pulling a tackling sled with a trainer on it, but in class we'd do partner rows with bands — same movement principle, different movement.”

And those movements are familiar to Bush. "During the season it's all about drills," he says, "Etc is more like what I do in the off season when I'm staying in shape. It's part of my job. It's who I am. It's what I like to do." Bush shows us how it's done in video above.
