As the daughter of the former professional <a href=/articles/2013/07/surf-video>surfer</a>, it's safe to say that <a href=http://www.keliamoniz.com/ target=_blank>Kelia Moniz</a> has spent plenty of time at the beach. In fact, she was just five-years-old when she first hopped on a board herself—in her hometown on of Oahu, <a href=/articles/2015/06/north-shore-lifeguards-video>Hawaii</a>. Since then, Moniz has gone pro and recently won her second straight ASP World title in women’s longboard in Hanian Island, China. Since she's no stranger to the <a href=/articles/2015/07/beaches-for-athletes>beach</a>, we asked Moniz (who's nickname is Sister) to share her must-haves for an oceanside day.
