Add this gluten-free topping to both sweet and savory dishes.
Coconut flour is high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats. It's also low in sugar and has a rich, nutty flavor. "This easy topping is perfect for everything from fresh fruit to salads. It's also a great way to add crunch to any savory dish," says big Little Get Together chef and co-owner Lauren Gerrie.
