Step 1

Soak the almonds in ½ cup water for 30 minutes, then drain.

Step 2

In a high-powered blender, add 3 cups of water, almonds, dates, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt and pulse until combined (about 1 to 2 minutes).

Step 3

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
