Farm-to-table restaurant Malibu Farm in California is known for its inspired, seasonal menu. Recently, founder, chef, and cookbook author Helene Henderson opened a new location in Miami Beach. "Our goal is to provide an experience that feels like home, where eating healthy can be fun and reminiscent of a backyard family dinner in a spectacular setting," she says. Here, Henderson shares three of the restaurant's veggie-forward dishes.
