When relaxing poolside this season, do so with a creative, refreshing beverage. These drinks from Denver-based recipe developer Julia Heffelfinger transform classic spritzers with fresh produce and pops of citrus. If you’d like to add alcohol, “mix two ounces of vodka or a non-junipery gin such as Hendrick’s into the strawberry-hibiscus spritzer, or two ounces of a golden rum like Mount Gay into the ginger-pineapple spritzer,” says Heffelfinger.
