Featuring gluten-free, vegan, and whole-wheat options
Instead of buying pre-made challah, Brooklyn-based recipe developer Beth Lipton recommends making it yourself, and taking pleasure in the meditative experience of braiding and glazing the bread. Because most loaves are prepared with gluten and eggs, she created three varieties to satisfy various diets. “These challahs all bring something special to the table, whether you’re managing a dietary preference or just want to put a twist on a classic favorite,” she says.
