In November 2015, British entrepreneur Ben Branson began experimenting with distillation in his kitchen. Ultimately, he launched Seedlip, the world’s first distilled nonalcoholic spirit, now available in 20 cities across the globe, at Michelin-starred restaurants like Eleven Madison Park and French Laundry, and on Virgin Atlantic flights.
