Build mobility, strength, and more with little to no equipment.
“In the midst of a disrupted routine, various stressors, and goals that will still be there after the parties end, making time to move is crucial to navigating the holidays,” says David Case, group fitness instructor at Equinox Highland Park in Dallas.
Sometimes, even Equinox experts have to journey far from their local clubs to visit relatives. In those cases, travel-friendly workouts are key to maintaining consistency.
With that in mind, he and three other instructors and trainers share their go-to holiday-season routines. They require minimal equipment (or none at all) and can be done wherever you find yourself over the next few weeks.
