The Canadian group loves to run through cities and do yoga.
For the members of Canadian pop group Walk Off the Earth, staying active is a constant goal. “It’s a challenge when we're on the road, but we try our best to exercise as much as we can,” explains vocalist Gianni ‘Luminati’ Nicassio. “Our standard routine is either yoga, conditioning workouts outside of the tour bus, or running through the beautiful cities we visit.” Says band member Sarah Blackwood, “I try to do 30 minutes of exercise every day. It doesn’t always have to be hardcore. Sometimes a walk or a quick jog can do the trick.”
The group has grown accustomed to a hectic lifestyle since parlaying their early YouTube successes (where their songs have a combined one billion views) into a vibrant career that includes around two million plays per month on Spotify.
In honor of their recent album, HERE WE GO! (released in October), Walk Off the Earth compiled a workout playlist which kicks off with their new lead single “I’ll Be There.”
