Though he's known for a string of hits, among them "Talk Dirty," "Swalla," and "Marry Me," Equinox member Jason Derulo is almost as committed to his fitness as he is to his music. "I try to get in a zone when I work out," he told Furthermore.

His daily three-hour sessions frequently involve bicep curls, muscle-ups, and push-ups with a weight on his back. Derulo's also an avid boxer and basketball player and, unsurprisingly, relies on music to boost his energy levels. “Music is that extra motivation that gets you through the one last rep that you wouldn’t do otherwise,” he explains.

Lately, Derulo has put his voice and body into overdrive with the release of his latest EP 2Side and a recent role in the film adaptation of Cats. In celebration of an exciting year to come, he compiled a workout playlist for Furthermore.
