Choose a dry prosecco for less sweetness.
This light, effervescent drink celebrates floral notes. Here, New York City–based recipe developer Beth Lipton used House of Waris Botanical's Sweet Clarity blend, a complex tea with notes of cardamom, holy basil, ginger, and orange blossom. House of Waris founder Waris Ahluwalia calls it "focused energy from within." You can use an orange-ginger tea instead.
