In honor of the impending season change, Furthermore tasked Ariana Korman, RD, CDN and plant-based chef Daniel Ceballos Diaz, both of Juice Press and based in New York City, with creating three functional, spring-influenced smoothies. These drinks, which make a hearty breakfast or post-workout snack, feature ingredients like chia, hemp,  and adaptogenic mushrooms.
