Strawberry-hemp recovery smoothie

Coconut nectar adds plant-based sweetness.

The hemp used in this smoothie offers amino acids, omega-3s, and is a sustainable protein source, explains Korman. Strawberries and coconut nectar provide a tangy sweetness, while goji berries and pomegranate powder are high in antioxidants.
