Stretch your hips.

Kiley Holliday uses the figure-four stretch towards the end of her Gentle Stretching PURE Yoga class on Variis to open up the hips, glutes, and low back. Place your right ankle over your left thigh close to your knee and reach through the keyhole around the left thigh. “You can either hold onto the back of the left thigh or the front of the shin if it helps you get a better stretch,” says Holliday. “Keep flexing your right foot, using the biceps to pull this whole bit of business towards you.” Take a few deep breaths, then repeat on the other side.

Quick-hit brunch: veggie egg wraps

Instead of a tortilla, enclose sautéed vegetables in a protein-rich egg wrap. Use whatever seasonal produce you have on hand and sub in another cheese (or skip it entirely) if you don't love Cheddar.
