She’s also taking note of everything she wants to leave behind. Shifting her negative self-talk patterns, adjusting previously derived ideas of what "success" looks like, and deleting her ex's phone number all create much needed space for all that she's choosing to prioritize moving forward.

“A break from routine makes it easier to question why situations, patterns, or people have remained in our lives,” she notes. “Maybe you start to recognize a deeper divide in priorities and even develop clarity around what motivations were driving your connection to certain behaviors. There is a huge opportunity to realign here…if you don’t need it now, did you really *need* it to begin with?”
