MAKE CAULIFLOWER TOAST.
“Cauliflower contains vitamins C, K, and B6 and helps reduce inflammation,” says Lauren Blake, RD, Columbus, Ohio-based recipe developer and founder of Whole Living Lauren. This recipe makes six slices of cauliflower “toast,” which you can top with all sorts of savory ingredients like avocado, eggs, and hummus.

USE SERUM AFTER YOU MASK.
To build healthy skin habits this season, look to hydrating serums and masks, recommends Bianca Santana, spa therapist at The Spa at Equinox Brickell in Florida. Her go-to products are the Hydrating B5 Mask and Gel from SkinCeuticals. They contain hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5, which promotes skin repair and reestablishes the water balance in the skin.
“Treat the skin at night when it goes through its rejuvenation process. After cleansing and toning, apply the mask once a week on the entire face, neck, and décolleté.” Either rinse off the mask or rub remaining product into the face, Santana says, then apply the gel (aka serum) immediately to seal in moisture. You can also combine the serum with your moisturizer and use it daily.
