Philosophy and history of Yoga
Foundational poses, twists, back bending, inversions, standing postures, and hand balances
Teaching fundamentals, class structure, and sequencing
Assists and physical adjustments
Use of props
Injury management
Pre/post natal considerations
The business of Yoga, including private + online teaching
PRICING
Equinox Members: $3,800 USD
Non-Members: $4,400 USD (inclusive of Club access for the course duration)
$500 non-refundable deposit required to secure a spot; remaining costs will be spread over the duration of the course
